Project Update from Loch Ewe Community Enterprise (LECE)

We’re pleased to share that our Scottish Land Fund (SLF) Stage 2 application has now been formally submitted.

This marks a major milestone for the Poolewe Community Business Park Project, built on strong community engagement, detailed planning, and professional input.

Alongside the submission, we are:

In constructive dialogue with Highland Council regarding business rates post-acquisition, should funding be successful

Working from a fully developed business plan, funding strategy, and comprehensive due diligence suite

This project is about delivering a community-owned business space that supports local enterprise, jobs, and long-term economic resilience in Wester Ross.
